Signing in, your account, allowances and Jam Plus.

Sign in to JamEnter your email and Jam sends you a 6-digit code; type it in to sign in. If you don’t have an account yet, the same code creates one. You can also use Google or a password.
Sign-in code problemsCheck your spam folder, wait a minute before sending a new code, and type the most recent code within an hour. The message on screen tells you which of these is the problem.
Manage your accountOpen Account in Jam to change the name bandmates see, choose Light, Dark or System appearance, change your password, send us feedback see your plan, or sign out.
Delete your account and dataEmail contact@withjam.ai from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. There’s no delete button in Jam yet.
Free and Jam PlusFree includes 3 new songs, 3 mix exports and 3 saved takes per song. Jam Plus raises that to 20 new songs a month, with no set limit on takes and exports. Account → Plan & billing shows what you have left.
