Jam / JamStudio Fair Use and Service Limits

Jam plans include the upload, processing, storage and export allowances shown at checkout and in your account. Allowances may include file length, file size, number of analyses, storage, concurrent jobs, processing time and exports per [MONTH/BILLING PERIOD] (the “Service Limits”). The applicable Service Limits form part of the plan you select.

Jam does not offer an unlimited plan, bulk processing service or public API at this time. You must not circumvent Service Limits, create multiple accounts to evade them, automate submissions without our written permission, resell access to the Service, or use the Service to create or distribute standalone output libraries, samples, loops, datasets or competing services.

We may apply reasonable technical controls to protect availability, security and other customers, including queueing, throttling, pausing jobs, requiring verification, or suspending access where there is a reasonable indication of abuse or breach. Except where immediate action is needed for security, law or prevention of material harm, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may amend Service Limits prospectively where reasonably necessary for security, capacity, product changes or legal compliance. A material reduction to a paid plan’s core allowance during a committed prepaid period will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the plan terms presented at purchase.
