Sign in to Jam

Enter your email and Jam sends you a 6-digit code; type it in to sign in. If you don’t have an account yet, the same code creates one. You can also use Google or a password.

With an email code

  1. Open sign in (opens Jam in a new tab) and choose Continue with email.
  2. Enter your email address. Jam sends a 6-digit code (“We sent a 6-digit code to …”).
  3. Type the code. It works for an hour.

If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. You can ask for a new one after 60 seconds. See sign-in code problems.

With a password

Choose Use password instead on the email step. Passwords need at least 12 characters. To set or change one, open Account and use Email me a link under Change password; open the link in the same browser.

With Google

Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in (opens Jam in a new tab) screen and pick your Google account. If you don’t have a Jam account yet, this creates one.

What needs an account

You can play the demo songs and open shared sessions without signing in. You need an account to add songs, keep a library and setlists, save takes, and share.
