How to ask
Send an email to contact@withjam.ai from the address of your Jam account, saying you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm the request.
What happens
Your account and private content are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Backups are normally overwritten within 35 days. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it. The Privacy Policy, section 5, has the details.
Google sign-in
If you signed in with Google, removing Jam’s access in your Google Account doesn’t delete your Jam account. Ask us as above.
Your other rights
You can also ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, by emailing the same address (Privacy Policy, section 6).
