An upload failed

Most failed uploads are an unsupported file, a song over 20 minutes, a file without sound, or a dropped connection. The message under the file says which; here’s what each one means.

Other things to check

  • Stay on a steady connection while a large file uploads. You can fill in the song’s details meanwhile.
  • Sign in first. Adding a song needs an account.
  • Free includes 3 new songs. If you’ve used them, Jam says so when you add the song (Free and Jam Plus).

If it still fails, email us the message you see, the file’s format and length, and your browser.
