Download your mix

In the Studio, choose More song actions → Download mix to save your current mix as one stereo WAV file. Set the tempo to 1× and the pitch to 0 first.

Steps

  1. Set the mix the way you want it: levels, mutes, solos and takes.
  2. Make sure tempo is 1× and pitch is 0, and that the song has finished processing.
  3. Open More song actions (⋯) and choose Download mix.
  4. Check the list of tracks and levels, then choose Download mix.

Jam renders the file on its servers. You can leave the page while it renders; the dialog keeps your five most recent exports, ready to download again.

The file

  • One stereo WAV file (48 kHz, 16-bit) of everything you can hear, including takes with their EQ and Vocal enhance.
  • Jam doesn’t export separate parts or MP3 files.

If it won’t start

  • “Set pitch to 0 st and tempo to 1× to download this mix exactly.”: reset the tempo and the key.
  • “Stems need to finish processing first.”: wait for separation to finish.
  • An unsaved take is listed: Retry save it, or Mute it.

Free includes 3 mix exports in total, and downloading the same mix again doesn’t count. See Free and Jam Plus.

What you may do with the file depends on your rights to the song; see the Terms of Service.
