Rename or delete
Open the take’s menu (⋯) and choose Rename or Delete. Deleting a saved take removes its audio and can’t be undone.
Line it up
If a take sounds slightly early or late, drag its grip to move it. Hold Alt while dragging for fine movement. You can also select a take and nudge it with the ← and → keys, and undo a move with Cmd/Ctrl + Z. On a touch screen, long-press the take to move it.
EQ and Vocal enhance
Choose EQ in the take’s menu:
- Vocal enhance applies a polish suited to voices. It’s on for new takes.
- Shape it with Clean lows, Brightness, Smoothing and Reverb, or choose Reset.
These settings change how the take sounds in Jam and in a downloaded mix. The original recording isn’t changed.
Hear a take on its own
Solo the take. To keep it as a file, solo it and use Download mix.
