Steps
- Open the song in the Studio and choose Share session (the share button, or More song actions → Share session). You can also share from the song’s menu in your library.
- Leave Include recorded clips on to share your takes, or turn it off to share the mix only.
- To have the link open at a given moment, choose Start at with the time.
- Choose Copy link (on a phone, Share) and send it.
You need to be signed in, and the song must have finished processing.
What the link contains
The link is a snapshot of your session when you made it: part levels, mute and solo, your loop, the key, the count-in, your instrument and view, and the included takes. The speed always opens at 1×.
Later changes to your session don’t change a link you’ve sent. Each time you choose Copy link, Jam makes a new link.
Stop sharing
Open More song actions → Shared links to see your active links and choose Revoke. A revoked link stops working for everyone who has it. Removing the song from your library revokes its links too.
