Private by default

Songs and takes you add are private to your account. Other people can hear them only through a link you share. Jam treats private content as confidential: it reaches others only in the cases the Terms of Service list in section 5, such as the service providers that run Jam or a legal obligation.

Who processes your audio

Jam uses infrastructure providers to store files, run the separation and analysis, and send email. The Privacy Policy describes them in section 3, and where data is stored and transferred in section 4.

No AI training

Jam doesn’t use your uploads, takes or outputs to train AI models (Terms of Service, section 4).

How long it’s kept

Your account and private content are kept while your account is open, then deleted within the periods described in the Privacy Policy, section 5. See delete your account.
