What people can do with a shared session

Anyone with your link can open the session in Jam without an account, play and remix it, and hear the clips you included. If they sign in, they can save a copy to their own library.

Who can open it

Anyone who has the link. Shared links are unlisted: they don’t appear in search engines or anywhere public, and they can’t be guessed, but they are not private. Whoever you send a link to can forward it. Only share what you’re happy for others to hear, and revoke a link you no longer want used.

What they can do without an account

  • Play the song, change the mix, loop and change speed and key.
  • Hear and adjust the recorded clips you included.
  • Record one trial take of up to 20 seconds. It’s kept for 7 days unless they sign in and save the song.

Their changes never affect your session.

What they can do signed in

  • Save the song to their own library, with your clips and your mix as their starting point.
  • Record full takes, add the song to a setlist and share it again.

What they can’t do

  • Change your session or your takes.
  • Download a mix of your session.
